Michael F. Kremins is a senior and founding partner of the law offices of Raskin & Kremins, L.L.P. Raskin & Kremins has been practicing law as a firm for over twenty years.

During that time, Raskin & Kremins has grown from a two person operation to more than twenty full time employees. As the senior litigation partner, he is responsible for the day-to-day handling of all litigation matters within the firm. The firm primarily handles personal injury matters including but not limited to auto, premises, products liability, construction accidents, medical malpractice and civil rights actions. Raskin & Kremins has extensive expertise in the areas of discrimination and police brutality matters.

Prior to joining Raskin & Kremins, Mr. Kremins was associated with Dienst & Serrins, where he was responsible for handling all personal injury litigation within the firm. Dienst & Serrins was also general counsel for the Lieutenants and Captains of the New York City Police Department and at times litigated matters before various administrative agencies on behalf of senior Police Officers.

Mr. Kremins started his career as an Associate with the law firm of Kroll, Pomerantz & Cameron, later changed to Kroll & Tract, now named Kroll, Rubin & Fiorella. At that time, he was responsible for handling literally hundreds of defense files representing municipalities such as the Village of Freeport, City of New Rochelle as well as the New York City Housing Authority, New York State Liquidation Bureau and other various State and Local agencies.

Mr. Kremins has tried numerous actions in both State and Federal Courts to successful conclusion. Multiple references from Federal and State Judges, Local Politicians and members of the Bar of the State of New York will be furnished upon request.
